1:07:10 when that guy chats about waking up after having held breath for ages and gasping for a breath, Ive suffered from that for years during my late 20s into mid 30s, was down to severe anxiety and other stuff going on, it really does feel like youve held your breath for as long as you can and then you are drowning but can just breathe and gasp for that one breath, and then its over, its the horriblest weirdest thing to have, for me it was always shortly after laying down or sleeping, it has sumin to do with your og and blood levelling out when you lay flat to, that's why it happens during or before sleep, as you lay down flat to do so. Anyway great video, really enjoyed this one!

I can relate to a lot of what has been didcussed, As a born again Christian, I praise the Lord Jesus for clearing your mind and getting rid of the demons that posessed you... He did it for me too! You said it was pride, I call it false pride and ego! My life has really changed too, I am forever grateful to The Father for finding me worthy enough to open my eyes and ears to be able to see and hear His TRUTH! How I wish I had woken years ago, I would have had a different life. I feel loved, for the first time in my life... I also cried for days after being saved... just eternally grateful, and pray that others will allow the Lord God Jesus into their hearts. God Bless you all, in Our Lord God Jesus Holy and Mighty name x

He needs to try and make contact with some of the families he terrorised/traumatised because many of those young children he traumatised will be running from the memory of him the whole of their lives; even if they're not aware that they are. It's good at least that he's aware of the damage he's done. I commend him for that.

Very impressive.. nothing but respect for Shane. This dark built up hate against the world gets attached to you in a way that it becomes part of who you are. It's not easy to let go of that kind of hate unless there is some dramatic turn around. Some find religion others get struck by battle fatigue when they grow older. But keep in mind that Shane already fought longer than most WWI soldiers. Without this turn around he would probably be able to fight on until he simply became physically too old to fight. It was his state of mind that kept him going. I have great respect for his determination not to back down as a fighter and I have great respect for the fact that he eventually was able to come out of his state of mind and became a better person. I sincerely hope that he will watch his children grow up in freedom and at some point be able to live without images from the past haunting his mind. Sometimes getting that second chance is all we get in life... but not everyone is that lucky.
